'fake appraisal" who's responsible for my damages in a court of law

I am wrighting seeking help with a ugly situation I bought a home in las vegas where i have lived for almost 5 years now I have recently learned my sq ft is off under by 500ft I paid 200 per ft the appraisal is a fake forged by the realitor I am now seeking legal action but want to do some research before contacting my lawyer my questions to all are who is responsible for the damages caused by the fake appraisal

Would it be the broker ? countrywide? the real estate company? who would i want to go after who would most likley have to pay me for my damages maybe the insurance company ? please help
