Andrew Panessa is Loan Safe's lead investigator and loss mitigation strategist. His history of law enforcement, investigative skills and his own personal mortgage issues have proved to be a valuable asset in fighting predatory lending and mortgage fraud.

Andrew is a happily married and father of twin boys and resides in the state of Pennsylvania. He is a Law Enforcement Officer for the Commonwealth Of PA, licensed private investigator and co founder of Finders Information Systems, Inc.

He has the legal and investigative business of fighting crime in his blood with his father as a detective and grandfather with the DEA.

Mr. Panessa is also owner of Panessa Services, moderator for Loansafe.org and a Camaro Enthusiast.

Virginia Tuchscherer is a mortgage expert and senior underwriter for Loan Safe Investigations & Loss Mitigation Services. She is a valuable asset to our team and understands this business from all aspects of the industry. From mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, quality control, funding to owning her own mortgage branch, she has done it ALL.

Virginia Tuchscherer has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. She began her career as a Junior Underwriter in 1983. She worked with Western Savings and Loan, 1st Interstate Mortgage and Na Bancorp as a Senior Underwriter for both wholesale and retail loans. As a Senior Underwriter, it was her responsibility to ensure that the documentation provided was authentic and that the borrower(s) qualified for the programs requested.

Her integrity, intelligence, personality and professionalism carried her through her career in operations culminating in the position of Senior Vice President of Operations with Platinum Capital Group. As the Operations Manager, she was responsible for the processing, underwriting, funding and quality control departments. She was instrumental in bringing new technology and innovative ideas to this small mortgage broker and helped it grow into a company that is ultimately funding over 2 billion dollars a year. She helped to establish the mortgage banking division in January 1999. In 2001 Virginia left Operations to become a top producing Branch Manager and start her own net branch in Pasadena, CA.

Virginia’s philosophy is to “work hard, be personable and use your experience and integrity to become the best at whatever you are doing”. She believes in providing excellent customer service, having exceptional organizational skills and the “team” concept. She expects everyone to participate in a positive manner and pitch in whenever needed. “As a company, we are only as good as we treated our last client.”

Virginia was born and raised in Coronado, CA. She comes from a family of 13 children, eighth from the oldest, and is the daughter of a naval fighter-pilot. She attended Coronado schools and San Diego State University. She has been married to her husband, Tim, for over 32 years and currently resides in Pasadena, CA. Virginia has two adult children who are also in the mortgage industry. Virginia fell in love with Maui eight years ago and visits every year. She is an avid swimmer, a voracious reader, enjoys the theater and opera and loves to garden and spend time with her family.
